You will see standard dispatch times below. If your order contains multiple items, the item with the longest lead-time will determine the dispatch date. Please note that the ‘ships within’ period refers to the number of days before we expect your order to leave our UK office.

We also offer an express service for unframed print orders and can ship your order by Royal Mail Special Delivery to arrive the next working day for an additional cost (details below).
All of our products are shipped from the UK, allowing us to offer you low cost shipping fees. Your shopping cart will provide the delivery costs at checkout.
For UK destinations we ship all orders by 2nd Class post. If you’d like your order to arrive more quickly please email us on contact@linescapes.co.uk to arrange an extra charge. This is for delivery for addresses within the UK (for addresses outside of the UK, please contact us).
For overseas orders we ship orders by Standard Royal Mail service. If you’d like your order to arrive more speedily we can send it to selected destinations by courier. Please request a price before checkout by emailing contact@linescapes.co.uk.
If this happens we will let you know as soon as possible. Whilst we keep large stocks and do everything we can to make sure that all items seen online are available, sometimes items may go out of stock temporarily.
No, unfortunately we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
We are not VAT registered so no VAT will be added to these prices. Orders shipping outside of the EU will not be subject to VAT.
If your order is being shipped outside of the UK it may be liable to local taxes or duties. Any such charges are your responsibility.
You can cancel your order at any time before it’s dispatched. Simply send an email to contact@linescapes.co.uk with ‘Order cancellation’ and your order number in the subject line and we’ll cancel it straight away.
